## FAQ

### Can you do the ai video if I just provide listing photos?

the short answer is YES! They would need to be HD images.
However, if you want to be integrated in the video to customize it to your branding, I would also need a good quality video of you with good audio, and your movement to be able to integrate you into the video. 

### Why is an AI real estate video more effective than a traditional listing video?

Traditional listing videos primarily show the property and highlight the media editing skills. AI-enhanced real estate videos go a step further by marketing the lifestyle, location, Agent and story behind the property.
Instead of simply walking viewers through rooms, AI allows us to create cinematic sequences that showcase the home, neighborhood, nearby attractions, lifestyle, agent branding, home potential and unique features in ways that would be difficult or expensive to film traditionally.

### Are Ai real estate videos compliant with the new California AI laws?

Yes. When used properly, AI can be incorporated into real estate marketing while maintaining compliance with California’s advertising requirements. 
California law requires real estate advertising to be truthful and not misleading. As of January 1, 2026, California also requires disclosure when a digitally altered image is used to add, remove, or change elements that affect the representation of a property, including alterations made with AI. In those situations, the original, unaltered image must also be made available.
Our AI videos are built around real photography. We take additional steps during the creative process to preserve the home’s authentic appearance, architecture, features, and overall character. AI is used to enhance the storytelling, create cinematic transitions, and showcase the lifestyle surrounding the property not to falsely represent what the home has or looks like.
